What we collect

This website does not have contact forms, accounts, logins, or tracking. The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send us:

• If you email us at hello@frankpets.co.uk — your email address, your name (if you give it), and whatever is in your message.

We do not use advertising cookies or analytics that identify you, and we do not build profiles about visitors. If that changes in future, we'll update this policy first.

How we use it

We use the information you email us for one thing: to read and reply to you, and to sort out whatever you got in touch about (a question, feedback, or a problem with an order). Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.

Where your data goes

Your email is handled by our email provider so we can receive and reply to it. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone except where we are legally required to.

Buying our products: this website doesn't sell anything or take payments directly. When Frank launches, sales will be handled through a third-party marketplace, which collects and processes your order and payment details under its own privacy policy, not ours — we never see your payment information.

How long we keep it

We keep email correspondence only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Just email hello@frankpets.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

If we change how we handle data — for example, if we add a shop or analytics to this site — we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
